How To Use CourtReserve: Step by Step Instructions
Through CourtReserve, you will be able to:
- View the calendar of upcoming events
- Book a court
- Sign up for clinics and events
- Manage your account
If you forgot your password, you can always reset it by clicking “Forgot Password”
Register for Events (Clinics, Ladders, Leagues, Open Play, etc.)(On the App)
- Select Events
- Click Categories and select a specific category you are looking for OR click All Events to see everything being offered
- Select the event you want to register for (you will see the date, time and cost)
- A payment profile is required for members to register for events
- Select SAVE to make it official
- Your confirmation email will arrive momentarily
- You’ve registered for an event!
Register for Events (Clinics, Ladders, Leagues, Open Play, etc.)(On the Browser/Computer)
- Select Event List or Categories (if you know what you’re looking for) from the top.
- Select the Event you want to join, and click REGISTER
- You can review the details of the event
- A payment profile is required to register for events
- Your confirmation email will arrive momentarily.
- Select SAVE and you’re registered!!
Reserve a Court (On the Browser and App)
- Select Book a Court
- Select the DAY. Today’s day will default. Click on the > arrow to reserve dates in the future. Members can book 14 days out. Guests can book 2 days out.
- Select a start and end time
- You have the ability to pay for the entire reservation or split it evenly amongst the players
- Hit save.
- You reserved a court! Congrats!!
Cancel or Update an Event (please keep in mind of our 36 hour cancellation policy on all programs)
(On the App)
- Select Events =>My Events
- You will see a list of all the vents you are registering for.
- Select the Event you want to cancel or update
- You can either Edit Registration or Withdraw
- You’ve updated your registration for an event!
Cancel or Update an Event
(On the Browser)
- On the right top of the screen under your name, click My Events=>Registered
- A list of events you are registered for will be displayed
- Select Details to open the event
- Select Edit Registration or Withdraw
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Select SAVE to lock-in your changes
Update your Personal Information, Add a Family Member, View Billing Info, Add/Change a Payment Profile
(On the Browser)
- Hover over your name in the top right corner
- Make sure you hit “save” after making changes
